I met Basil when buying my property just over two years ago. When purchasing the property, Basil was great to deal with, and although he was obviously trying to get the best price for his client, we did not feel that he was being at all surreptitious in his communication with us. When I was unfortunately forced to sell the property, I again decided to use Basil, and am very glad that I did. The process that Basil set out at the commencement of the process was succinct and the confidence in which he proposed the strategy was contagious. Although the numbers through the open houses were not as we would have expected, Basil was able to secure further interest through his sales techniques, and ultimately, resulted in the property being sold at what appears to be above market value.
