Basil did an amazing job selling our house on auction day. His brother Pat, was with us from the start of the campaign until the finish but come auction day it was over to Basil to get the result. We can now see why. Selling into a challenging environment, bidding started out significantly lower than our price target. We were quite concerned that we were going to have to sell for significantly less than desired. Basil persisted and was able to get bids from multiple buyers up to within $20k of our price target.
