Very generous with his time with us explaining the process in a clear and logical way. No over the top promises which may have been unrealistic, but full support with our requests and wishes. We initially asked Basil some years ago for an evaluation but to not pester us incessantly afterwards. Many other competitors are usually quite aggressive and very off putting.
