I purchased this property in a high end market and sold at tough a tough time and the professionals Greenacre exceeded what my expectation was. 10/10 for me

To be honest, I normally don't review products or services but I felt Bassam deserves a reference after the experience I had with him.. I have been dealing in property for a long time and have never come across a more professional or honest real estate agent. I have now used Bassam to sell 2 of my properties and rented out a number of others with him. The last property I sold with him was not even in Bassam's area but due to my previous experience with him and his office I had no hesitation in going to him again. Further to that I went overseas after I listed my property with him and he kept my up to date with every open house and inspection. He also went out of his way and met with tradespeople out there on my behalf and organised for the light to be fixed whilst I was away. He was always punctual and called when he would say he would. Every promise he told me before I agreed to list with him he kept. I have old school values when it comes to customer service and Bassam and his team didn't disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend Bassam at all and have full confidence in him doing just as good a job any vendor or buyer he comes across. After some bad experiences in the industry and with all the dishonest people out there theses days I like to see people like Bassam flourish hence the glowing reference.

In a very difficult market Bassam persevered to finally obtain a sale. During the process he kept us up to date and well informed. Whilst we would have loved to receive a higher price (who wouldn't !!), I believe the price received was reflective of the current market. Thank you Bassam for your professionalism in the total process.
