WE recently sold out investment property at Hervey Bay. It had been managed for seven years by Kim's team at Carter Cooper Realty. Everything was done promptly and professionally, and included keeping us abreast of Qld Rental Legislation changes. We were always kept well informed, and selection of tenants was very meticulous, so we had very few issues. Our property was maintained to a high level by prompt attention to any issues, making it easy to rent, but also giving us peace of mind. When we decided to sell, we chose Carter Cooper because of our great experience with them as Property Manager. Turned out to be a great decision. We got a good price and the whole process was managed very efficiently and there were no nasty surprises and we didn't have to do much at all. it was all managed in the same professional manner as the property management had been.
