Kim has worked with us on our property at Hervey Bay for 15 years. First, she sold it to us in 2007. Next we rented it to lovely tenants who were with us for 10 years (They treated our house like it was theirs). More recently I have Air BNB rented it for holiday accom and with Covid 19 decided to sell it. Kim was brilliant. Honest and insightful and a delight to deal with. Kim is honest and transparent. WE recently sold out investment property at Hervey Bay. It had been managed for seven years by Kim's team at Carter Cooper Realty. Everything was done promptly and professionally, and included keeping us abreast of Qld Rental Legislation changes. We were always kept well informed, and selection of tenants was very meticulous, so we had very few issues. Our property was maintained to a high level by prompt attention to any issues, making it easy to rent, but also giving us peace of mind. When we decided to sell, we chose Carter Cooper because of our great experience with them as Property Manager. Turned out to be a great decision. We got a good price and the whole process was managed very efficiently and there were no nasty surprises and we didn't have to do much at all. it was all managed in the same professional manner as the property management had been. So if you want a great Property Manager or Sales Agent in Hervey Bay, I recommend Carter Cooper without any reservations.
Easy to talk to. A down to earth person who can put you at ease when challenges present themselves. We came to her after a disappointing time with another Agent who promised the earth but didn't produce the expected result. We were presented with 4 offers within a day or two of listing with Kim Carter and the successful Buyer offered over the asking price making us (the Sellers)more than happy with the end result.
