Very professional service from Kim and the staff at Carter Cooper. Kim recently sold my investment property in Urangan. She provided advice prior to the house going on sale that helped me prepare it for sale and then quickly and efficiently found a suitable buyer. I would thoroughly recommend Kim. At no time did I feel any pressure, she listened to what I was trying to achieve and I found her knowledge and experience in the market to be second to none. Thanks Kim -Colin

This is the second property Kim has sold for me. She delivered once again on a smooth and easy experience with her business. Highly recommend

Helpful professional service. Kim was always available for any requests or questions.

Kim’s knowledge is second to none. we received an excellent outcome Kim and her staff were very professional in the sale of our property

Kims patience and understanding of the situation i was in after the loss of my husband and knowledge of local area sold my house within two weeks. A lovely lady that makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Thankyou .i would again seek out Kim if needed .

Other agents were telling us to 'fire sale' the property as a deceased estate while Kim was always very positive, extremely helpful organising tradies, communication was exceptional given we live interstate and sold the house for $100,000 more than the other agents told us we would get. Couldn't recommend Kim highly enough if you're selling a house in Hervey Bay.

Kim was very professional and went above and beyond. We asked Kim to assist with some additional requests as we are out of area and she didn't hesitate in helping out. Kim was a pleasure to deal with. A big thankyou for making the process a smooth one! Would highly recommend Kim 😊 Regards Chantelle

Kim has excellent market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism. I can highly recommend her and have already another property listed with her.

Total professionals in every aspect. Would have to say that our recent purchase through Kim and Michelle was the most straightforward real estate transaction we've ever completed. From the initial phone call right through until the recent settlement of the property they had all the bases covered. Would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family. Job really well done!

Very good and full of the market knowledge

Satisfied with the way the matter was handled. Prompt action, professional , with friendly attitude. I'd engage Kim again, no worries.

HOUSE SOLD - JOB DONE. Thank you.
