When we first spoke about listing our house for sale with Kim we were provided with very detailed statistics on Hervey Bay properties sold recently which was a great help. Being long distance sellers and never meeting Kim was not a problem. We had an offer on our property within the week and communication from Kim was constantly updating us throughout the term of the contract. Could not have been happier with the service. Highly recommend Carter Cooper.

We chose Kim to sell our house because she is genuine, friendly and not pushy. Kim and Amanda did a great job of promoting and selling our home, they kept in contact all along the process, and if we ever needed to get in touch Kim she always rang back. At all times we felt that we were in the loop as they say and would highly recommend Kim and her staff to sell your home. Our home sold within the 90 days and we were very happy with the outcome.

Kim and Michelle have been excellent agents over many years. They have let and managed our properties and also sold them on our behalf. Kim and Michelle have depth market knowledge and are always able to offer the most effective solutions to any issues. Importantly, they never push but treat their landlords and vendors very well which gave us a great deal of confidence that we had trusted the right people with our property. We recommend them most highly.

Good experience from time of initial property appraisal through listing process to finding a buyer and through the settlement process.

Simply the best in every way .

Kim helped us through our first property development from purchase to sale and was more than helpful the whole way through. Always in contact with updates and answers to our questions.

Kim was great to deal with, returning calls and emails promptly and offering friendly and professional service and advice. It was obvious that we were dealing with someone knowledgeable and experienced which gave us confidence during the buying process. This was especially important for us because we were interstate buyers. The office staff were wonderful too! Thank you Kim and team.

Kim has a very good knowledge of the local market and assisted us with information and resources to make an informed decision about our purchase. Cater Cooper Reality were great in facilitating the process from first contact to settlement. Thanks!
