We have known Kim in a buying and selling capacity. She always presents herself impeccably and also conducts herself that way as well. When we were looking to buy she showed us different houses, letting us know the relevant good points without pushing us in any way. In our last purchase she listened to what we had to say and presented those comments and our bid to the seller as there were other people putting in bids as well. We did ask her what the other bids were but, always being the professional, she wouldn't say as it was unethical. She has also sold our block of land for us and sought people she thought might be interested and eventually acted as our selling agent. During this process she always found time for our many questions and advised us in the correct and most beneficial way for us to proceed as it was a complicated sale. In either the buying or selling process we have found that Kim always responded to us promptly and kept us in the picture with everything that was going on. She presents herself and her business well and always acts professionally. She always has an "open door" policy where she will spend time advising and also answering questions. If she can't help she will point you in the right direction to get the answers you need. Complicated situations won't faze her, she works through them, always keeping her clients in the picture.
