I dont normally write reviews i have over 4 investment properties but recently i have been renting one of my properties for 2 years through Carter cooper which i asked Kim to put on the market recently and the property was sold in less than 8 weeks. the proffesionalism that Kim and her team showed throughout renting and selling my property was amazing it was a fantastic experience dealing with cartercooper i would definately use them again. Kim i cant thankyou enough.

When we discussed selling Kim advised that given that the weekly rent was lower than most houses around the area, it made my house less inviting for investors. The rental income was always a discussion point with the property manager (from Carter Cooper). I understand rental and sales operate as two separted areas with Carter Cooper. If the sales staff and rental managers conducted reviews every now and then maybe if/when landlords decide o sell the sale may look more appealing. All i all though Kim the property managers over the years have been a pleasure to work with and Kim was faultless and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Kim and her Staff were absolutely fantastic, very professional and without any pressure at all. We were looking to relocate from Melbourne to the Fraser Coast and were daunted by the array of agents available in the area.
