Kim is honest, very hardworking and reliable personally and her staff follow her example. I would happily recommend Kim Carter Real Estate to any purchaser or vendor.

We would like to thank Kim and her team for all their efforts. Their professional approach went above and beyond the norm. Their genuine interest, patience and open channels of communication made our situation less stressful. Would highly recommend Carter Cooper to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house/property.

Kim most importantly considered my interest but also worked to ensure the buyer would be satisfied by matching the needs of both parties. This requires, knowledge, exceptional communication skills and follow up. I admire Kims ability to be on top of the properties she is marketing. Thank you Kim for looking after the sale of my house at Pialba

Kim recently sold 3 properties for us and was able to achieve close to asking price on all 3. The way Kim navigated what was at times a stressful subdivision was a credit to her and her team. It was a pleasure dealing with her.
