We had to hunt up his inspection report which was days overdue, totally unprofessional. We paid his account on the day of his report arriving only to get an email some 2 weeks later asking for payment. Kim Carter Realty may do well to seek another professional Building Inspector company in the future.

Kim was professional throughout our home purchase. Kim's straight forward approach was refreshing after dealing with another agent who had made an offer to a vendor without our knowledge. This led to an unpleasant encounter with the vendor when we conducted a drive by and they let us know they had found the offer deeply below the market and frankly offensive. I had spoken to Kim at a previous home inspection and she displayed excellent knowledge of the market.
