Lan and his team were very helpful in showing me properties that related to my wish list within my time frame as I was travelling up from Sydney to Orange for each inspection. At inspections I was not hurried or pushed in making a decision but the team was on hand when I had questions. Follow ups were always respectful and I did not feel as if I was under a hard sell. They were willing to show me other properties to confirm my original decision. During the exchange process Lan was very proactive in regards to arranging the Building and Pest report and then actioning a couple of repairs that needed to be arranged for the exchange to proceed. Lan's office has also said that they would make available their list of tradespersons to help me settle more quickly into my new home. Was a positive and supportive experience.
