We first saw the home on the internet, it looked like what we wanted and made contact with Beau who organised an inspection for us. We liked the house and not long after called to make an offer. The offer was accepted and it went from there. Beau was very helpful in suggesting a known building inspector and organised for that to be done. During that inspection a couple of faults in the roof area were found and I believe Beau followed up on that with the original builder who we are informed will be looking into the issue early in the new year.
