I chose Beau to sell my house because he lives locally and I feel this gives him an advantage and the knowledge of what the market is doing in the area. Beau is a very good communicator and is very easy to get on with he explains everything as he goes through the process of selling your property. Beau is always available to answer and questions or problems that pop up during the sale and is only to happy to help you out. I would recommend Beau to anyone who was looking for a good real estate agent I have had an excellent experience with him from the start to the settlement so I am very happy thankyou.

When purchasing our new property through Beau, he was nothing but helpful, his communication with us from submitting an offer through to acceptance and then purchase, was fantastic. Then he went above and beyond and organised us access to the property prior to final settlement to measure up for all renovations needed. He went out of his way to do this and it saved us precious weeks once we began the renovation. Beau has even touched base with us after the sale to see how things are going! I've never had an agent do this before. In short I would highly recommend Beau Bremner and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future.
