We choose Beau and Amanda because they live int he area where our rental property was for sale and things were not going anywhere with the agent we had at that time. They handled everything professionally even though their were a few bumps with the previous agent. They kept us informed and up to date whenever needed, not bombarding us with phone calls or emails. The final amount we ended up settling for was below our expectations, however this was not a fault of Beau or Amanda, it is just a case of the current market situation not being in our favour. There was a little small issue just before settlement, but Beau handled this for us beautifully and all went through on time with no delays and the money in our account straight away.
