Beau was really good to deal with. We faced a few issues along the way, and Beau was very accommodating and assisted us more than your average agent would do. Beau knows the area well and is a local, so his knowledge and credibility were a big part in helping us decide on the right home for us. When things started to go pear shaped in the purchase of the home, Beau stepped in and went above and beyond to assist us and make the purchase a smooth transition. Many could have left it, and not bothered about it, as really Beau was working for the sellers, not for us as a purchaser, but he did the right thing by us as purchasers which we respect and appreciate him for.
