Bec lives in Trigg where my property is located and has an intimate knowledge of the suburb having sold a number of properties in the area in recent times. She is very enthusiastic and hard working and provided excellent advice to me regarding preparation of the house for home opens and the successful auction. Highly recommended!

I met Bec Giles on her doorknocking day and she was interested in any future plans I might have had I mulled it over and then with the family members we sounded Bec out as to price and conditions if we were to sell the property .I had applied for a 3 bed Villa unit not more than a kilometer from my current location . we were surprised as we were the winning bid on the Villa and that meant we had to sell to make it work Bec came to the fore and after one opening presented us with an off -which we counted and in at price the space of two working days we accept her recommendation to accept the offered price . Bec was always available to answer and queries we had and came up with the right direction and answers like a true professional that she is I rate the experience of dealing with here as 10 out of 10 and always with a smile Well done Bec

Bec was always available to respond to any questions or concerns I had within the sale and the property I was purchasing which was very helpful as I hadn't purchased a property in 5-6 years prior. Purchasing the property under private sale I enjoyed having the market been very overrun with buyers made the experience better and a lot more relaxed. The only item which I have had some issue with is settlement prior to have all approvals complete on the property in which 2-month post settlement I'm still dealing with.

She sold our house very quickly and has access to potential buyers in the market.
