Not recommended. I was buying a property from her. She has good market experience. She also follow up on time before the offer has been accepted. But after I signed the contract, she is not happy help to negotiate with vendor with any problem. I didn't complete my final inspection because she gave me wrong information for the status of the gas. Before I went to the final inspection, I has double confirmed with her for status of gas and electricity. She guaranteed everything is working. When problems happened, she refused to fix the problems for me. And she kept asking me to contact my conveyancer for anything . I only received one suite of the keys and an important one was missing. I asked her to contact vendor for the keys. She just told me all keys from vendor were handed to her and that what she provided to me. But the truth is I see the door was open on the first inspection. She should have the missing key before. What's happened I don't know. But I'm feel very disappointed on her behaviour when dealing the problems.

I was the purchaser of the above property. Rebecca represented the vendor. She demonstrated excellent communications throughout the process, was always courteous, and always made sure I was aware of what the next steps were, and she was also prompt at replying to my queries. Where she could not assist, e.g. obtaining the council rates, certificates, etc. she pointed me towards the appropriate parties to make the request. I am also happy that she didn't pressure me unreasonably on the sale price or timing, as I am purely an investor, and my offer was firm and final. Had she attempted any other tactics, I would have comfortably walked away as there many investment options open to me. It was a good outcome for me, and I wish Rebecca every success in her career.
