Rebecca was great while negotiating the price of the property and we communicated several time. Then came the final inspection of the property before settlement and things were not the same as before. I asked and the response I got was this is not my job, I am just helping Keith (the other listing agent) bla bla bla. I went back and forth with Conveyance and the agent several times. I called consumer affairs who recommend to take things to VCAT else ask the agent to resolve the issue. So I did and nothing happened and the last communication I received basically said they are not fixing anything do - let us know if you want to settle. Well we settled as we really liked the property. Now I am speaking to lawyers to work out how can I resolve and unresolved issue that was not sorted out. Rebecca attitude not my job, Keith attitude you are not paying me so I don’t care. What is fair will be decided by a judge at last.

I was impressed from the start with professionalism and knowledge of the area and Rebecca comes across as honest and genuinely wanting to look after the Buyers interest first.
