For some reason our unique beautiful property and farm stay business proved difficult to sell. In the end it became obvious that our asking price was too high, and when a reduction was recommended the property gained traction with a significant increase in interest. Bec worked hard chasing up and retaining the interest of a number of sometimes very difficult prospects. She demonstrated an excellent understanding of the property and presented it very well to prospective buyers. Our only critiques would be the length of time before we received a recommendation for the price drop, and we did need to encourage improved communications occasionally.

Bec was initially recommended to me based on her volunteer work outside of real estate. Comments like “easy to chat with ....”, “seems to really make things happen ....”, “really tells it as it is ...” and “she’s just a lovely person”. I quickly discovered that ‘real estate Bec’ was the same. My first meeting with her was in a property that was still a building site. I found it was easy to chat with her, explaining my intentions and probable time lines. Her replies were brief, ‘plain english’ and lacking in the normal property sales waffle and spin. It was this approach that lead me to engage Bec to sell my property Once Bec was engaged to sell the property, she made things happen quickly. An innovative marketing program was commenced targeting the demographic we both expected to purchase the property. The marketing and negotiation was ‘spot on’, the property selling after only 6 days of advertising and at a price I was very happy with. The only problem was the level of interest in the open home lead to a traffic jam on a popular Hobart road on a Saturday afternoon. I found the whole process to be exceptional, the communication from Bec and the Ray White - Hobart team to be awesome. Strongly recommended.
