Bec and her colleague Joe, contacted me to see if my parents might still be interested in selling their home. We confirmed that they were and arranged an appraisal. Photos were taken and 2 prospective buyers arranged to view the property in quick succession. 2 days after the viewing, an offer was presented and counter offered by my parents.
