I hoped from day one that we would work well together and that my very high expectations would be met. I’m known for being fussy and sometimes difficult to please! You really did exceed my exotic many areas. You are an excellent communicator and I never felt I was starved of updates and information. This was important to me being in a different state and I appreciated the regular updates, the prompt replies to emails and and missed phone calls. You are also very organised which I really valued and you anticipated my needs well. Simple things like populating fields in necessary paperwork before sending to me to complete the rest saved me time. I deliberated over selling my property for more than a year. During this time you provided me advice, guidance, recommendations for a surveyor and helped me without knowing if you’d receive the property listing. These touches showed me you were genuinely keen to help. You were not pushy and you never came across as a ‘used car salesman’ - something to which I’m sensitive to! Bec you made some great suggestions before listing the property. These were inexpensive updates which I feel helped achieve a higher price by spending minimal money. These included panting old timber paneling in the kitchen, painting gates to match house trim, pine bark on front garden beds, removing an old fly screen door and adding a meter box cover. These were small and inexpensive but made the property far more presentable and appealing. Your advice to style the home saved the need to repaint the interior.
