I contacted Belinda prior to listing for advice on maximising potential. On listing a few weeks later Belinda already had an interested party and a contract was signed about a week after listing.

Lovely lady. Communication was average. Had to call on a few occasions re. Open home time. Our house plans were put up on website which we gave specific details on what we wanted her to do. Confidential information should not have been displayed. I found Belinda could have asked potential buyer more specific questions on what they were after prior to Private inspections to avoid so many time wasters. After sales experience was poor. It felt like all Belinda was after in the end was the sale. We didnt achieve price we were after. Didn't hear from Belinda after sale of property unless we were in contact first requesting information. On day of settlement my husband received an SMS to say all had gone through not even a phone call to congratulate us. We had to ring to find out what happened on settlement date as we hadnt been through the process previously. Belinda stated there was a package to be received nothing arrived.

I've documented all the problems we experienced with Belinda, happy for someone at Doleman to contact me re this but to briefly break it down; - Extremely poor communication, I was the one that initiated all contact. - Belinda provided misleading information on multiple occasions. - She acted as if she worked for the buyers and not us, the sellers who were paying her. - She didn't listen. We had problems with Belinda from the very first day, right up to the sale of our property (months later!). I would never recommend Belinda or Doleman to anyone and would NEVER use them again.

If you are looking for a local Agent who is honest and reliable, you will not be disappointed with Belinda. She was there for us from the beginning - the listing of our property right up until after the settlement. There was never a problem attending to matters on our behalf - meeting with contractors, watering the gardens, collecting the mail ... Thanks Belinda, it was a total pleasure!

Belinda had a vast knowledge of our area and surrounding areas. She was easy to work with and gave us an honest answer to questions we had, backed up facts to support the answer.

Belinda was quick and efficient getting house on market, easy and friendly to deal with, getting advertising refunded after sale was a bonus, but Belinda's friendly personality and positive attitude was what helped our choice of agent. We were amazed that Belinda was planning so many 'open house' weekends, our Mum and Dad's house sold in just 2 weeks! Belinda was kind enough to present mum with a gift chocolate box at the house,after the sale and was very thoughtful of mum's feelings, as our parents moved in Aged Care living from there.We thought Belinda's knowledge of the area was also a bonus! Would highly recommend Belinda to anyone!
