There’s no benefit to me in writing this review, however I feel Belinda deserves recognition for this brilliant result she was able to achieve in a matter of days! When I read Belinda’s bio and notice Belinda’s history with Qld Police this identified a probable level of assertiveness that would offer an ‘edge’ over the average Real Estate Agent. Most would think a week is a little too quick and maybe there was a chance at a higher price. But when you really study other sales of similar properties recently sold, it’s a great result! The sale and settlement also took place During difficult times. Not only did we have the fear caused by Covid19 and the media, the awful outcome putting people out of work, stopping open homes and heavily impacting the real estate community, Belinda also had other circumstances in her own life where most people wouldn’t come to work at all, yet Belinda was still there to help solve problems and fully support the entire process. This offered me with confidence that settlement would take effect and keys were handed over to the young first home buyers without any challenges. When choosing an agent, as I’m sure you’re aware, it’s important consider who you want to look after your valuable asset for the entire transaction from listing to settlement. (again, I’m just a customer, that sounded like a sales pitch) Most would say, yep the agent went above and beyond and blah blah blah. Well here’s some real evidence to help make an informed decision. ”above and beyond” Belinda also solved problems for me that would normally be taken care of by property managers, I self manage so it was fantastic to have little things taken care of including rangehood repairs, chipped tiles and reliable and friendly communication with the tenant who left the property in good repair prior to the end of the tenancy agreement. I actually felt confident I could go on with my normal busy life & “Belinda’s got this!”
