On behalf of my family, I want to sincerely thank Belinda for the manner in which she approached not only the sale of the house we called home for 50 years; but for the caring and considerate relationship she also built with my Mum. Belinda obviously does her research and had a thorough knowledge of the area. Her write-up of Mum's house, combined with brilliant photos lead to an overwhelming response to the first open house. The short version is that within less than 3 days of the house going live on Remax's website, Mum was signing a contract, for 30 to 40 thousand more than we could have expected. Belinda instilled a sense of confidence and trust in our family and we were never hesitant in placing our faith in her judgement. Belinda went above and beyond to sell our property. We had an incredibly short window to get our home ready for sale and she was there in any aspect we needed to be able to meet the deadline.
