My house had already been on the market for two years before I asked the Ben Bate Agency to sell it. They assessed potential buyers very well and only brought genuine buyers through the property. They had good coverage on the internet and plenty of photos.They gave me plenty of notice of inspections and always conducted these in a professional manner. Negotiations on the final price with the prospective buyers was handled very well and after three years on the market I was happy with the sale price. Belinda achieved the sale of both properties under rather difficult circumstances. There were 3 owners (family members) who were estranged, so communication was difficult. Belinda managed to bring everything together and achieve a satisfactory price at the end.
