I had a rental that was left in a bad condition and I decided to sell it. Belinda helped me get finance to get it cleaned up, she had some great contacts that did high quality work for a very good price. She let me sell the house my way without any pressure to accept offers. She is a great saleswoman with a great character. I couldn’t recommend anyone more to sell your house.

I met Belinda at one of the properties I had planned out to inspect for the day. Belinda welcomed me at the front door and to my delight/relief did not ask too many questions straight off the bat and simply said that she was there for any questions. Her young son then kindly handed me the property pamphlet and I had a run through of the place. Having a bit of interest in this particular property I approached Belinda who was happy to answer all my questions before I then went to look through the place again. Nearing the end of the timeslot for the open home I approached Belinda with a couple more questions we which again were answered without rushing me off. Then had no problem with organising a private inspection a few days later that on very short notice. Belinda then tended to everything I had to ask, annoying as what I thought may be, through the entire process including the pest and building. Was quick to liaise with the seller on a couple of issues with the contract being happily signed now waiting for settlement to arrive!!

My son and I felt comfortable with Belinda from the start. She was informative, honest and bent over backwards to sell our house as well as possible, given the current financial climate. This was achieved through her hard work and persistence and we are forever grateful. Thank you once again. ♥️

Belinda was friendly, cheerful and helpful in the inspection phase, and also in accommodating a number of our requests during the buying process, assisting us to get renovation quotes and other preparation done before settlement. Belinda was very up front on our negotiations and through the whole process was clear and honest on our position in the process. Even though the negotiations came through in a round about manner in the end, we had a good result and happy outcome thanks to her help.

Belinda was very easy to contact and very professional. She responded quickly to my enqiries and was helpful in facilitating my purchase. She is pleasant and easy to communicate with.
