I rated lower on negotiation because my property was handed over to another person whilst Belinda was unavailable (which is understandable). I feel like this is when we started having problems. The buyer was very difficult to manage and I think if Belinda was available things might have been smoother and handled in a very different manner. Belinda is very easy to deal with and I will sell and purchase with her again in the future.
