From the outset, Leanne Bojarski from Remax, Victoria Point, has been of great service. Not just to us the sellers, but also the buyers which is so important and often missed. The sale of a property is a team effort. Leanne and Sharon plus the team understand this very well. Additionally, highlighting the thoroughness and passion of Leanne, she runs a community message Board as a leading resident of Victoria Point. This has not been my first rodeo, having bought and sold multiple properties over a 20 year period. I tend to go at a very fast pace. Leanne was introduced to that pace on the 1st day and was able to keep pace despite a very busy schedule. This was much appreciated and allowed for minimum days on market. In addition, I did not negotiate on my reasonable higher end asking price. Leanne was able to bring buyers up from what were low ball offers. Great job. Beyond that, Leanne had to manage an unusual situation with an unexpected internal water leak after being unconditional on the contract. Buyers did not have insurance!?! Despite much advice from multiple parties, including Leanne. Leanne did everything possible to assist the buyer because of their predicament. In the end, I had to step in to make sure Leanne didn’t do too much. This is who she is. When Leanne works for you, it is no joke. After much tooing and froing with Lawyers that did not make things easy, all parties were able to reach a sensible agreement which Leanne was able to facilitate, organising contacts with trades and making herself available to handover keys late in the day pre settlement, waiting for Lawyers to make decisions. I can’t thank Leanne and Sharon enough for making this easy on us and within the agreed timeframe. I can’t recommend Leanne with Sharon plus the team, highly enough.
