The sale of our North Shore family home of 40+ years was a little complicated in that there were three parties involved, one who lives in the Blue Mountains, one in Brisbane and one in Japan! Belinda did a fantastic job of tying it all together and being an extra set of hands on the ground. Being available at any time of the day or night for discussion, advice, encouragement, etc was a promise that she truly followed through with. Throughout the whole proces, Belinda patiently guided us through each step and from start to finish there was never a point that we didn't feel like we were in the most capable of hands. When there was something outside her job description, Belinda always had a huge cache of human resources, who were all equally as friendly and willing to take up and carry on! The final result on auction day was far beyond what we had originally imagined and Belinda was certainly instrumental in making it happen! One thing that particularly struck us was the way that Belinda maintained A1 working relationships with everyone involved in the process. This included not only us as the vendors, but also colleagues in her office, assistants on the day, other workers she called on to assist in technical areas, and her personal touch of connecting with unsuccessful bidders after the auction demonstrated that (as she had said early on) she was more concerned about the people involved than simply getting a quick sale. Without hesitation, I would go back to Belinda again any time I had business to do in her area.

From the first contact with Belinda, which was a response to my exploratory email, I was impressed with her professionalism: this only increased during the sale campaign. The process of preparing the property prior to sale went smoothly and the result of the auction was far in excess of my expectation. Throughout the pre-sale period Belinda communicated most effectively. From 1000Km away I felt as though I was "on site" I cannot imagine how ANY agent could have bettered Belinda's role in selling this property.

We made an offer but Belinda was very transparent about the fact that there were other parties interested and we had to put our best offer in a sealed envelope by a date and time set by the vendor. The envelopes were opened at the same time in a very fair process so that no buyer had any advantage and the best offer was to be the successful buyer. Belinda was straight forward to deal with, professional in her approach, open about any issues with the property, and above all displayed the highest possible level of credibility in dealing with multiple buyers and clearly achieving a good result for her vendor.
