The sale of our North Shore family home of 40+ years was a little complicated in that there were three parties involved, one who lives in the Blue Mountains, one in Brisbane and one in Japan! Belinda did a fantastic job of tying it all together and being an extra set of hands on the ground. Being available at any time of the day or night for discussion, advice, encouragement, etc was a promise that she truly followed through with. Throughout the whole proces, Belinda patiently guided us through each step and from start to finish there was never a point that we didn't feel like we were in the most capable of hands. When there was something outside her job description, Belinda always had a huge cache of human resources, who were all equally as friendly and willing to take up and carry on! The final result on auction day was far beyond what we had originally imagined and Belinda was certainly instrumental in making it happen! One thing that particularly struck us was the way that Belinda maintained A1 working relationships with everyone involved in the process. This included not only us as the vendors, but also colleagues in her office, assistants on the day, other workers she called on to assist in technical areas, and her personal touch of connecting with unsuccessful bidders after the auction demonstrated that (as she had said early on) she was more concerned about the people involved than simply getting a quick sale. Without hesitation, I would go back to Belinda again any time I had business to do in her area.
