Property prices are at best terrible at the moment. Belinda helped us through the process of securing a new block of land in the area that we wanted. This was a painless purchase despite the purchaser being in another state and the purchasers sister being the person who did some of the dealing with Glenmore Park Realty. I (the sister in Sydney) appreciated that Belinda was able to arrange further inspections of the property to suit us when the purchaser was in town.
