This was a painless purchase despite the purchaser being in another state and the purchasers sister being the person who did some of the dealing with Glenmore Park Realty. I (the sister in Sydney) appreciated that Belinda was able to arrange further inspections of the property to suit us when the purchaser was in town. There seemed to be very good communication between all parties despite the distance issues. I think that the price agreed was fair in the market and I (as the new tenant) am very happy with the whole process. I have since run into Belinda a couple of times in the shops and have received the same friendly treatment and a welcome to the neighbourhood. I've dealt with many agents over the years as a purchaser, a vendor and as both a tenant and landlord. My experience with this transaction has been one of the best.
