Bella was great in maintaining communication between the vendor and me due to slightly complicated circumstances at my end. She is very easy to deal with, responds quickly to questions. The price was reasonable, right in the range of the listing. The house is what I was looking for in terms of space and privacy and Bella guided me away from other listings that would not have suited as well even though on paper they seemed equivalent. That showed integrity, and care for the buyer.
