The advertisement that Belynda composed was very enticing. The first ad attracted several enquiries, one of which resulted in the sale. We were very impressed with the ad and great photos. We achieved very close to the advertised price as well. In all, a great experience.
Belynda was totally up to date with what the market was doing. She advised that our house was worth more than we thought and then brought in a buyer at the very top of the estimated range. Our property wasn't even on the market for a week and she managed the existing tenant skillfully and sensitively. She responds extremely quickly to enquires and even helped us retain a conveyancer, when ours was not responding in a timely manner.
