We found Belynda to be very professional and well researched. She was always approachable and was very happy to accommodate any of our requests. Our house was sold within 10 days of being on the market so a job well done. We are very thankful for all her help and advice and would not hesitate touse Belynda's services again in the future.

Being interstate we thought the process would be tricky but Belynda made it very easy. She kept us up to date every step of the way and was always available to answer a phone call or email. Her knowledge of the area was great. We are very happy with the results and will happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Belynda was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. Well worth having her for your land agent. Well done, Belynda

Belynda was proactive in helping my prep for sale in directives for cleaning and decluttering where needed. These were important directives for someone with limited eyesight like me. During the whole process Belynda kept me informed re various offers, prospective clients etc . This was very reassuring. All in all there weren't many blips on the road to sale. Many thanks Belynda.

Would definitely recommend Belynda. We had a wonderful experience with Belynda and Harcourts. She was fantastic through the whole process of selling. Sold in our first open home, above expected price! She was professional and always put us first.
