I contacted Belynda Nairn at Harcourts to arrange the sale of my house at Happy Valley, South Australia and signed a Contract after a short meeting. I was travelling overseas to Vietnam shortly after signing the contract and left the arrangements in the hands of Belynda. No sooner had I arrived in Vietnam, I received a message telling me my house had sold and I had to return to Australia to move my possessions out before the new owners moved in. Belynda kept in contact with me throughout the sale and informed me of who/when people were going to an open inspection and the prices being offered.
