He listened, and as I expect but don't often get, I dealt with Ben from Go to woo.... He took all my calls, all meetings, and even contacted solicitors and banks to get them on front foot. It was as easy as sit back and let him sell our home... which he did and exceeded our expectations ( which was high specially on time frame) he truly is a top guy and amazing agent.
