Seeing Ben's results for the area of North Straithfield was a pleasing discovery. He's helpful and knowledgeable. The Chinese community of purchases may give him false promises, however at the end of the day, he closes the deal albeit with Chinese purchases that do not honour agreed arrangements. This may be a cultural thing, hard to say. None the less, that particular nuance is completely out of his control. PLEASED? No end.
