Firstly I did send an email about our wonderful experience way back when we sold but happy to do the survey Ben was amazing kind, polite , had great communication skills on a regular basis , kept us in the loop all the way , he spoke to us in layman’s terms which was great as we had never sold a house before. He explained everything and was very patient with any questions we asked
