I went to see a different property the week prior, but was able to contact him after and he assisted with all my queries there and provided general market advice. Fast forward a week and I found another home of his I liked, he was incredibly helpful throughout and the communication with him was fantastic, he kept me in the loop on anything that came up and was incredibly flexible in order to assist myself. With a tenant as well in the property, he was considerate to them and myself in terms of the expectations, as well as relaying information between us and the seller. Further, he is just a great person to deal with, personable and is able to understand what your needs and wants were. Could not recommend him enough!!
