As a prospective buyer I found them to be courteous and professional ( in stark contrast to my experience with other eastern suburbs' agencies!). I did not hesitate to use them when I rented out my property, and again when I decided to sell it. Despite a few unexpected curve balls thrown at us during the campaign, Ben and his team kept everything on track and made sure we got a fantastic result. As I was interstate for most of the campaign it was great to know that my property was in such good hands, and I was kept up to date with progress every step of the way.
