We used Ben in conjunction with Ben Percival and Tom Lyne from New Farm office due to a previous association. We found them all to be very professional and personable, but we felt they did not give us appropriate advice regarding the expected price outcome, despite our requests. We felt that we were pressured into accepting the final price because we were advised that taking to auction was the best choice and if not accepted we would be spending more on marketing. Ultimately,the buyer was the same person who had submitted the final payment figure before we decided to go to auction. If we had been advised this was what we could expect we may not have spent the money on marketing and negotiated directly. I would use all of them again, but would insist on a proper appraisal before signing with them.

Ben provided a very professional service in the sale of our home. In what is a tricky market he was present at all opens and followed up all leads and kept us up to date at all times. He went beyond expectations in continuing to stay focussed on the sale of our property even when he was not well.
