Our experience with Ben and Nic has been efficient, friendly and helpful particularly as we are interstate and couldn't do any of the normal work an owner would do. The whole process of selling was straight forward and painless :-) Of course, a higher price would have been nice and perhaps in better times it might have been but we are happy with the result and wish Ben and Nic every success in the future. Honestly I have nothing that I could recommend to make my experience with a explore property any better. From start to finish I was included in all conversations regarding the sale of my property with my best interest put first.
