Our one request was no home opens but by appointment only, which he agreed to. Ben has very good knowledge of the market in the area and communicated with us the best price we could get for our home. After being on the market for 2 days Ben presented us with the full offer and more which we were very pleased with his negotiating skills and professionalism.
