Ben met me at his real estate premises on the day of home open when I put in an offer. On another occasion he phoned to see if I’d up the offer. On the third occasion of meeting him, Ben appeared late at the final inspection of villa 4. With only these minimal contacts I cannot ‘rate’ him better than an average. On the brighter side, he seemed optimistic and business savvy. From a personal point of view I felt ridiculed by his not so accepting reaction to my saying that I don’t think ‘congratulations’ is in order for me, because I simply made a purchase. It was no big deal. Ben and the employees gave me a gift of a candle, a bottle of wine and a diffuser, when the deal/sale had concluded. That was very nice of them, and very much appreciated by myself.

Ben did a professional job with a very quick settlement. Has a very good understanding of properties in the Perth Hills region being a local and we would highly recommend.

More than a year ago we contacted Ben for advice concerning the sale of an investment property. He provided us with a folder with a professional local market appraisal including a price range to consider. With that was his advice to wait until 2025 to sell. We were surprised Ben did not put pressure on us to sign up at that time. We were not in a hurry to sell and took his advice. As we saw property prices continuing to rise rapidly it convinced us Ben's advice had been in our best interests and not just his own.
