Ben Ciocca has more than just market knowledge. He has longtime experience in the Kalamunda hills area and understands the need for having a sense of well being in enabling sale of property. From the outset - when the first property chosen had already an offer placed on it - Ben identified another property with similar location and features and price range - which proved even more perfect than the first. This was the property we were to buy! Travelling from 600km away and with virtually no notice, we believed it wouldn't be possible to have a house viewing. However Ben extended himself and, in consultation with the tenant, was able to offer and advertise a home open while we were in Perth. With a number of others, we viewed this delightful property in Poets Lane and appreciated Ben taking time to talk with us to better understand our current circumstances and future needs.
