Dear Ben, We will write a formal thank you however I could not let the night rest without thanking you and Jan for your amazing salesmanship in selling our home in such professional manner, it was amazing. The price is fantastic and we are both happy, excited and yes a little sad at the same time, 38years is nearly your life time, however it a decision we had to make and the fact that it all happened so quickly and without open houses and negotiating back and forwards, wow. Keith worked with LJ Hooker and then as senior auctioneer and a director of Raine & Horne and he is telling everyone what an amazing salesman you are and he wishes he could have cloned you back in his day. Too Quick!

Our family home in Paddington, sold in twenty minutes! Great house, fair market price, outstanding agents and beautiful family buyers. Ready to view at 10am on Saturday 17th – sold with a handshake at 10.20am. Many years ago when I did my real estate certificate, one of the most important points stressed time and time again, was “qualify” your buyer. Well above expectations!

Both the guys Ben and Nick exceeded expectations in both professionalism and credibility. They always suggested that the apartment would sell above my reserve and this was the case their knowledge of the current market was second to none. Their client base of buyers was also of the highest quality and the buyers even the the loosing bids seemed also very happy with their service.
