We first met Augusto, business owner, together with his Business Manager, Elise, as part of an interview process assessing three agencies. Augusto acted with great sensitivity towards the family history of the property, his local market knowledge and confidence of the sale was very reassuring . This was proven, in time, to be a good decision with the seamless teamwork between them both and there support team, which had instinctively convinced us to place the business with Ray White. We were also recommended to enhance the interior of our home, with some updating of paintwork and the layout of the furniture to project its best appearance. The full wrap around service quickly became apparent, with garden cleanup, internal painting, furniture layout and dressing of the rooms starting just a few days later.
