Andrew Egan & Ben Coventry approached us with a potential buyer in mind. Yes, we had similar approaches and letter drops from other agents in the past. However, this time round, we decided to give Andrew & Ben the opportunity to market the property for the following reasons:- 1) Trust. They were polite and not pushy like other sales agent. We decided to give Andrew & Ben only one week window to sell our apt and to test the genuine buyer. They did an excellent job and achieved the sale within the time frame and contracts were exchanged within a fortnight.
