I've bought and sold quite a few properties and I normally dislike dealing with Real Estate agents. But Ben has been amazing from the start. No BS, no sugar coating... just tells you the facts as they are. Ben is very friendly, very helpful, goes the extra mile. he really brings real integrity back to Real Estate. Ben was easy to deal with and supportive, however Harry his colleague misguided us on the gas connection at the property which became a big headache for us later logistically and financially. Agents do not have full information of many aspects of the property which I think they should have when trying to sell.
